In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the poi888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting poi888 support.

To register and maintain an account on poi888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a poi888 employee or contractor.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is specifically prohibited by local legislation in a manner that would expose poi888 or yourself to legal liability.
• You must not hold more than one (1) registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited — see Clause 4.4.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.

4.1 Registration Process. To create an account with poi888, you must complete the online registration form accurately, providing your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity card number (KTP), valid email address, mobile phone number, and a secure password. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC). Upon registration, and at any point during your membership, poi888 may require you to submit identity verification documents as part of our KYC process. Required documents typically include: a copy of your national identity card (KTP — both front and back), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie photograph holding your KTP. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in your account being placed in a restricted state, limiting deposit, withdrawal, and betting functionality.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. poi888 staff will never ask for your password through any channel. You must notify poi888 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. poi888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4.4 One Account Per Member. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. poi888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold associated balances, and permanently ban the Member from the Platform in such circumstances.

4.5 Accou nt Closure by Member. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting poi888 support via live chat or email. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. poi888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your poi888 account within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during normal banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited instantly. poi888 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction in your account dashboard. poi888 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after this cut-off, or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day. Processing times may be extended where a withdrawal triggers an enhanced due diligence review under our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by poi888 support. poi888 reserves the right to require additional verification before approving any withdrawal request.

5.6 Source of Funds. poi888 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. You warrant that all funds deposited to your account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. poi888 may suspend withdrawals and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by poi888 are subject to these general conditions and any specific terms stated at the point of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general conditions, the specific terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least ten times (10x) the bonus value before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following contribution rates apply:

• Sports betting (pre-match and in-play): 100% contribution per qualifying bet
• Slots (RNG): 100% contribution per spin
• Live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution per round
• Togel (traditional numbers lottery) draws: 50% contribution per ticket
• Crash games (e.g., Aviator by Spribe): 100% contribution per round

6.4 One Bonus Per Member. Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. poi888 employs automated detection to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same offer from multiple accounts, using shared devices, or coordinating with other members to exploit promotional mechanics.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will be forfeited automatically. Unclaimed wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

6.6 poi888's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. poi888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such amendment will not affect bets already placed and accepted before the amendment took effect.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. A wager is only considered accepted and binding once poi888's system has confirmed the bet and assigned it a unique bet reference number. A bet confirmation message displayed on screen constitutes acceptance. Bets placed during system downtime or connectivity disruption may not be processed; you are responsible for verifying the status of any such bets before assuming they have been placed.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. poi888 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account at any time, including as a result of identified arbitrage activity or unusual betting patterns.

7.3 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. If odds change between the time you select them and the time your bet is processed, poi888's system will either accept the bet at the new odds or prompt you to confirm acceptance of the revised price, depending on your account's odds-preference settings.

7.4 Void Bets. poi888 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after an event's outcome was determined or could reasonably be known; (b) a manifest pricing error occurred; (c) the event was cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined under applicable league or governing body rules; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

7.5 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If one or more selections are voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding those selections. A single selection accumulator is settled as a single bet at the applicable odds.

7.6 Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended at any time at poi888's discretion, particularly during significant match events (goals, red cards, injury stoppages). Bets placed during a suspension window will be rejected. poi888 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from poi888:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies intended to exploit pricing inefficiencies across markets or between poi888 and other platforms.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game or event outcomes, including chip-dumping in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported to poi888 support immediately.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has not been authorised for use by its legitimate owner.
• Conducting or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law in a manner that creates legal exposure for poi888.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing poi888 staff members or other members through any communication channel.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the poi888 brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and any other material — is the exclusive property of poi888 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: (a) reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without poi888's prior written consent; (b) using any data scraping, crawling, or extraction tool on the Platform; (c) reverse-engineering or decompiling any Platform software; or (d) creating derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of poi888's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, poi888 excludes all liability for: (a) any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses; or (c) any losses arising from your reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform.

10.2 poi888 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, free from error, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. poi888 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and notify Members of planned downtime.

10.3 In no event shall poi888's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total value of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits poi888's liability for death or personal injury caused by poi888's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.1 poi888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where poi888 reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account activity indicates fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; or (d) closure is required to comply with applicable law or a competent authority's direction.

11.2 Upon account suspension, access to betting and withdrawal functionality will be restricted pending investigation. poi888 will endeavour to complete any investigation within fifteen (15) business days and will communicate the outcome to you via your registered email address.

11.3 Where an account is permanently closed as a result of a material breach of these Terms, poi888 reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds in the account. Where no breach is found following investigation, your Real Money Balance will be returned in full via your registered withdrawal method.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction in which poi888 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through poi888's internal complaints procedure. To initiate a complaint, contact our support team at the email address set out in Clause 15, providing full details of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. poi888 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a final resolution within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a neutral, internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents poi888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
